Pricing
Three free Document Credits to start. After that, USD 2.50 per documented Record, in packages of four, with no subscription.
Free starter access
Every new account receives three Document Credits and one Project, with no payment and no card. The credits do not expire.
After an approved purchase, additional Projects become available permanently — including after those credits are used. A Project has no price of its own: what you pay for is the credit behind each Record, and creating a Project consumes one of them, because the Project is created together with its first Record.
Additional paid credits
Each Document Credit costs USD 2.50.
Credits are purchased separately from the free starter access, in fixed packages of four. The smallest purchase is four credits, USD 10.00. Purchases are one-time: there is no monthly fee, no subscription and no recurring charge.
What a credit does: one Document Credit lets you create one new Record inside a Project. One credit per Record, always — the second milestone costs the same as the twentieth. Generating the PDF Dossier and using the public verifier consume no credits at all.
No subscription, by design
Provenia has no subscription, no recurring charge and no annual plan. You pay for the Record you create. When you do not create one, you do not pay.
This is how the product is designed, not a promotion: documenting a creation happens in bursts, and a monthly charge would bill you for time, not for work.
How to pay
Payment is processed by an international payment provider, by credit or debit card, and by Apple Pay or Google Pay where the checkout offers them. Which methods appear depends on your billing country and on the currency being charged; the checkout shows the options available to you before you confirm.
Once payment is approved, the credits are added to the account automatically and are available for immediate use.

Taxes and invoices
Provenia is operated by a Brazilian company. Prices on this site are in US dollars.
The Brazilian service invoice, the NFS-e, is issued for purchases made on the Brazilian site, in reais. It does not apply to purchases made here.
Every international purchase keeps a payment record in your account — amount, currency, date and status. If you need a document for your accounting, write to contact@provenia.app and we will send the record of your purchase.
What a credit does not buy
No credit buys a conclusion about authorship, title, originality or any legal outcome.
A credit pays for the creation of a Record, not for an opinion. What the platform delivers is verifiable documentary evidence — how it is produced and how far it goes is described in Trust and Verifiability.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to create an account?
No. The account, the free Project and the three starter credits require no payment and no card.
Do the three free credits expire?
No. They stay in the account until they are used.
Can I have more than one Project?
A free account works with one Project. Additional Projects become available after a credit purchase.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your Projects, Records and Dossiers stay accessible. You just cannot create a new Record until you purchase more credits.
Will I get a Brazilian invoice?
No. The NFS-e is issued only for purchases made on the Brazilian site, in reais. For an international purchase, write to contact@provenia.app.
Does Provenia store my files?
No. Provenia does not store the original file contents: what is kept are the metadata and the hash. Keeping the original is your responsibility, and how this works is detailed in Trust and Verifiability.
Is this an official copyright registration?
No. Provenia is not a registry office or a government authority and does not replace an official registration, a contract, an expert examination or legal advice.
Can I pay in Brazilian reais here?
No. This site charges in US dollars. For purchases in Brazil, in reais, the site is provenia.com.br/precos.
