Refund Policy

Provenia honors mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund rights where they apply. No additional universal voluntary refund window is offered at launch.

When an international purchase option is available, the checkout identifies the price, currency, quantity, payment terms, and any third-party payment services involved. Payment-related refunds and chargebacks are handled according to the terms presented for the transaction and applicable mandatory rights.
